Renewed strategy
Tonner Drones has undergone a major reorganization and refinancing over the past year. This was necessary after the company had suffered significant losses in the past.
The new management is determined to bring change and create value for its shareholders.
Costs have been significantly reduced, so that positive developments will contribute much more quickly to profitability.
Management has spoken out in words and deeds against the use of dilutive financing such as equity lines. The CEO is the reference shareholder because he bought 8% of the capital on the market.
Tonner Drones announced in September that its new strategy focuses on three pillars.
1) It will continue to develop and market Countbot and Inhibitor.
It will use partners and collaborations to control costs.
2) It has started its advisory and investment business.
Shareholders approved this strategy at the general meeting held in October.
Tonner Drones was already able to conclude its first contract at the end of 2024.
3) Tonner Drones is actively looking for partners.
Tonner Drones is a listed entity, which is a valuable asset.
If only because Tonner Drones could activate more than €50 million in compensable losses.
A partnership, merger or RTO could create significant value for shareholders.
Tonner Drones holds valuable stakes in unlisted French drone companies such as Elistair and Donnecle.

Diede Mink van den Ouden, President and CEO
Diede van den Ouden has been active on the stock exchange for 20 years. In 2002, he took his first steps on the stock exchange. He has been a professional investor since 2008. His knowledge and experience enable him to manage the constantly changing market conditions well. He has a proven track record as an investor in listed companies. From December 2022 to January 2025, he was CEO of Lavide Holding NV, a listed ‘shell company’. Van den Ouden has purchased 20,000,000 shares on the market as of November 2024 to become the reference shareholder with 8% of the share capital.
He has decided to waive his management fee in 2025.
