Diede Mink van den Ouden’s journey in the financial markets began over 20 years ago. What started with his first investments in 2002 evolved into a career as a professional investor by 2008. Over two decades, navigating through various market cycles and crises, he developed a deep expertise in market psychology and corporate strategy.
Initially starting as a trader, Diede eventually transitioned into a strategic investor and advisor. His ability to identify untapped potential led him to take on active leadership roles within listed companies, focusing on restructuring and long-term value creation.
Proven Track Record in Corporate Turnarounds
Diede has built a reputation for stabilizing and revitalizing listed entities:
Lavide Holding NV: As the CEO in 2023 and 2024, he led a successful reorganization of this shell company, eventually securing its future through a strategic partnership with Haerlem Capital.
Tonner Drones: Since October 2024, Diede has served as CEO, where he transformed the company from a distressed state into a healthy organization, overseeing a significant growth in market capitalization.
TME Pharma: In June 2025, he was appointed CEO of TME Pharma NV, a Dutch biotech company listed on Euronext Growth Paris, to further apply his expertise in navigating complex financial landscapes.
Commitment and "Skin in the Game"
Diede’s leadership is defined by a high level of personal commitment. He is the reference shareholder of Tonner Drones, holding over 12.5% of the shares. His involvement is not just strategic but financial; he has invested over €1M in equity and provided approximately €3M in debt financing to support the company’s growth.
Reflecting his "performance-first" philosophy, Diede made the decision to waive his management fee for 2025, emphasizing that leadership compensation should follow, not precede, the delivery of results for shareholders.
Integrity and Governance
Operating with full transparency, Diede maintains a clean track record as a director, compliant with both AMF and AFM regulations. While an administrative sanction occurred regarding legacy events from nearly a decade ago (2014-2016), it involved no criminal charges or restrictions on his professional standing. Today, his focus remains entirely on disciplined growth and protecting the interests of the investors he represents.
